Hello! I’m a product designer and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the tech industry, dedicated to helping businesses grow through thoughtful, customer-centric digital experiences.

As a Product Design Lead at RingCentral, I drive initiatives that elevate e-commerce purchasing, leverage agentic AI to simplify onboarding and service setup, and create opportunities for ongoing engagement and upsell across web, desktop, and mobile platforms through product-led growth.

My background spans industries and impact: from transforming Western Union’s money transfer experience, to redesigning websites and apps for diverse sectors, to leading the launch of 20+ social game titles. This blend of creativity and strategic execution shapes how I approach every project.

I’m currently pursuing an MBA part-time, building on a Master’s in Interaction Design and a double major in Digital Media and Economics. This mix of design expertise and business acumen enables me to approach problems from both creative and strategic angles. Alongside my studies, I founded jewelry brand Mira Aura & Co. (miraaura.co) to empower people through storytelling accessories that spark positivity and joy.

Beyond design, I’m passionate about exploring new ventures, creating art, and giving back through volunteer work. I’d love to collaborate in turning ideas into meaningful experiences that deliver real impact.
