Welcome! It's wonderful to have you here. I'm Nicky Guan – a product designer, artist, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the tech industry.

As a product design lead, my focus lies in crafting customer-centric digital experiences to effectively address real-world challenges with creativity. Currently contributing my expertise at RingCentral, I spearhead design initiatives aimed at enhancing the user onboarding and education experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

With a track record that includes enhancing Western Union's money transfer process, redesigning websites and mobile apps across diverse industries, and contributing to the launch of over 20 social game titles, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Armed with a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a double major in Digital Media and Economics, my interests extend beyond the digital realm. When not immersed in the world of design, you can find me exploring new places, expressing myself through drawing, indulging in a good read, or engaging in various crafting endeavors.
